Neptune House
The
Neptune House has two buildings with a total of 23 units. There
are 14 units in the original building and 9 units in the newer
building. There are 2 studio units, 13 one-bedroom units, and
8 two-bedroom units.

The
History of Neptune House
The
Neptune House originally was a bed and breakfast/hotel over
25 years ago. It operated with a full restaurant in the original
building where the locals and visitors alike enjoyed some pretty
fine meals. It was the only off-season accomodation at that
time.
In
the 1980's, the owners of the Neptune House decided to change
from a bed and breakfast to an expanded timeshare resort. A
developer got involved and the new building was constructed.
This building now houses nine units, the main office, the game
room, the only indoor pool on the island and adjacent to it
are the tennis courts.
In
May, 1998, the resort became independent from the developer
and is now 100% independently owned and operated. It is much
like one big family and the staff takes pride in trying to maintain
that atmosphere.
