 If you do not yet ‘Own your vacation week’ this is a special opportunity to acquire one without much cost.  If you already own vacation weeks this is a wonderful opportunity to add additional weeks to your trading account;

or share the gift of vacation week ownership with a family member.

And since the weeks are deeded ownership, they become your legacy –

a lifetime of vacations for those you will them to.

These floating weeks can be scheduled once a year during the 3 months of November, March or April to visit the Neptune House and enjoy the peace and serenity the slower season on Block Island provides.  Or you can exchange your Block Island floating week and enjoy your vacation at another vacation ownership resort in the U.S. (Orlando is a very popular spot!), Caribbean, Mexico, or other destinations to vacation for a week at any time of the year

 (not just November/March/April).

Interval International (I.I.) or RedWeek.com will trade your Neptune House week  to another vacation destination for a small exchange fee.

  

COST TO PURCHASE A FLOATING WEEK AT THE NEPTUNE HOUSE:  $1000, plus $100 to record your deed. This is a  one-time expense.

 

YOUR ANNUAL COST TO USE YOUR VACATION WEEK: 

Every January you will be billed for your share of the annual operating costs, called a ‘Maintenance Fee’, which is  $660.

(As a property owner-just like with your own home- you are responsible for the annual operating expenses – real estate taxes, utilities, insurance, upkeep, etc.)
